Architects: Taylor Smyth

Founded by Michael Taylor and Robert Smyth in 2000, Taylor Smyth Architects has been recognized for their design excellence in many periodicals and architecture books throughout Canada, the USA, and in locations as far reaching as China, Spain and Russia. Their residential work has received numerous awards, including the 2005 Best of Show award by Canadian Interiors magazine and the 2005 residential Gold Award in the National Post/Design Exchange awards. A recent article by John Bentley Mays in the Globe and Mail referred to one of their residential projects as «visual music» and «architectural poetry».
